DramaTime Home restricts collection of information required for the operation and improvement of its functions. The particular information involved depends on how you interact with the App, the functions and products you use, the choices you make, and the privacy settings you select.

Device operation and App activity

Use of DramaTime Home automatically produces certain non-personal technical and operational information. This covers the type of device from which the App is accessed, the device’s unique identifier, the operating-system version, and the date and time of the interaction. It also reflects how the App is used, including the content opened, the functions selected, and any performance problem or error encountered.

Information about the device and its network connection is also obtained to improve the experience delivered through the App. Depending on the relevant interaction and settings, this information may consist of:

Phone height and width, sim operator name,os version.

Content information resulting from your interaction with DramaTime Home is sent through a secure https connection to toblog.tobsnssdk.com.

DramaTime Home stores collect information by reference to the Android ID associated with the device in use. This allows advertising behavior to be retained while you use the App. Information handled in this manner is treated as personal information.

Location and technical diagnostics

A device’s GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular-network signals may reveal geographic-location information. After you agree to provide this information, it is transmitted and may be used to supply content or services within DramaTime Home that depend on location.

A crash or other technical malfunction may result in the collection of diagnostic material needed to locate and correct the problem. Depending on the incident, that material may describe the crash, identify relevant device specifications, and contain applicable system logs.

Phone Number, IMEI, and SIM card information

Neither READ_PHONE_ STATE nor READ_PHONE_NUMBERS is requested by DramaTime Home. The App itself does not obtain phone numbers, IMEI, or SIM card information.

For advertising purposes, the third-party SDKs incorporated into the App—AppLovin, Pangle, Unity and Mintegral—may nevertheless attempt to access information of this kind.

Information originating outside DramaTime Home

Business partner, supplier and third party sources provide us with various data and operational details relating to activities inside or outside DramaTime Home. Such material may describe your device, your application, or advertisements that you have viewed.

Analytics relating to mobile use

As with most mobile applications, DramaTime Home uses mobile analytics tools to better understand the operation of the Services on your device and to support optimization of the App. These tools examine certain information concerning the use of our mobile applications, the relevant device, and the health of our services.

The resulting analytics may show how often an application or game is used, which features are selected, gameplay and usage statistics, events occurring within the application or game, aggregated performance and usage results, and the source from which the application or game was obtained, including the particular application store.

Sensitive information outside ordinary collection

Your name, email address, financial details, biometric data, and precise geolocation are not collected as part of DramaTime Home’s ordinary practices. Such sensitive personal information is involved only if you expressly provide it for Drama functionality.

Information may be obtained directly from your actions, such as enabling the drama widget or granting a permission. Some processing is also performed through Firebase, which is provided by Google LLC and is described further below.

Whenever possible, the information is retained and processed anonymously. With the exception of device-type details appearing in crash reports, we cannot personally identify you from that information.

Google Firebase Services (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

DramaTime Home relies on several services supplied by Google LLC.

Firebase Crashlytics is used when app crashes need to be monitored and investigated. The information involved consists of Android ID, Advertising ID, crash logs, approximate location.

Firebase Performance Monitoring is used to evaluate the performance of DramaTime Home and processes usage data, technical details for that purpose.

Google LLC serves as a Data Processor and handles the information under our instructions. Transfers to the United States may occur subject to Privacy Shield or safeguards offering equivalent protection.

We do not control the privacy practices adopted by these third parties. Their own policies should be consulted for further details.

Operational service providers and non-identifying disclosures

Non-personal usage and device information may be disclosed to service providers that assist in running or improving DramaTime Home, including cloud-storage providers, analytics tools, and crash-reporting services. Contractual obligations require those providers to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified may also be supplied to third parties for research, marketing, or another business purpose. Material shared in this form does not contain personally identifiable information.

Storage, Protection, and Retention

User information obtained through the Service is processed and stored with Google Firebase, which provides the secure infrastructure used for storage. Firebase manages the servers on which the information is held and applies access controls to them.

During transmission, information is protected through SSL encryption. AES encryption is used to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of content.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information concerning users. Those measures cannot provide an absolute guarantee because no information system is completely secure. We are therefore unable to ensure or warrant the total security of information sent through the Service or retained within it. We likewise cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, changed, or destroyed as a result of a breach.

Information relating to users is not retained on our servers after it is no longer needed for the Service to function.

You remain solely responsible for keeping account information secret and controlling access to communications between you and the Service. We are not responsible for the security practices of third-party services.

Installed Applications and Launcher Operation

DramaTime Home operates as a Launcher. A Launcher must display and manage the applications belonging to the user, which requires access to the list of applications installed on the device.

The installed-application list supports several core functions. It allows the App Drawer to present all installed applications through a user-friendly interface; makes user-installed applications available for quick launch; enables application icons to be placed on the home screen as shortcuts; and permits global searches across installed applications.

Information used for these purposes includes app name, package name, version, and other details relating to installed applications. DramaTime Home keeps this information locally on the device and does not send it to our servers.

The advertising SDKs AppLovin, Pangle, Unity and Mingetral may access installed-application information to monitor advertising performance and improve the relevance of advertising, including by avoiding promotions for applications already installed. Any information transmitted is anonymized and protected by HTTPS encryption.

Android application visibility

Google has restricted access to installed-application lists since Android 11 (API 30).

The default permission GET_INSTALLED_APPS exposes only an application’s own applications and certain applications with which interaction has occurred. DramaTime Home therefore declares QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, because displaying every application is necessary for its Launcher function. Without that access, the App Drawer would not show the user a complete application list.

Dynamic code-loading statement

DramaTime Home does not employ DexClassLoader, DelegateLastClassLoader or InMemoryDexClassLoader or other dynamic code-loading techniques.

The integrated advertising SDKs AppLovin, Facebook Ads, Pangle, Unity and mingetral may, however, use these techniques for legitimate purposes, such as improving the performance of advertising delivery and meeting platform requirements. Dynamically loaded code remains isolated within the applicable SDK environment, and the providers verify its integrity in full compliance with platform policies. This activity is limited to functional purposes and is not intended to bypass compliance requirements.

Your Personal Information Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may take each of the following actions concerning your personal information:

A request to exercise these rights should be sent to info@umitaka.co.jp.

Most information is anonymous, so we may require details specific to your device before a request can be completed. If the request concerns Firebase or advertising-related information, it may be forwarded to the appropriate third party, including Google LLC or AppLovin.

Our aim is to respond within 30 days, although a complex request may take longer.

Removing DramaTime Home

You may uninstall the App through Google Play by opening Google Play, navigating to the App details page, and selecting the uninstall option.

You may instead use the device settings by opening Settings, selecting Apps, locating this Launcher, and tapping ‘Uninstall’.

When DramaTime Home is not the default Launcher, it will still appear in the App Drawer of another Launcher, such as Pixel Launcher or One UI. In that situation, the app can be removed by long-pressing its icon and choosing to uninstall it.

Transfers Outside the UK or EEA

For users located in the UK or EEA, information may be transferred outside those regions, including to the US through Firebase, AdMob, Facebook or AppLovin.

We ensure that safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are in place. You may contact us to request further information about the mechanisms used for these transfers.

Children and Teens

DramaTime Home was not developed for children, and the Platform is not directed toward anyone under 13 or below the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. If you believe we have obtained or hold personal data relating to a child below the relevant age, contact info@umitaka.co.jp.

A person from 13 to 18 years of age is considered a “Teen” for purposes of this Policy. A teen may access or use the service only when both of the following conditions have been satisfied:

By allowing a Teen to use the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service for yourself and on behalf of the Teen. You also accept sole responsibility for all use of the Service by your teen, whether or not a particular use was authorized by you.

Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Policy periodically. When the circumstances make it appropriate, additional notice of a modification or update will be provided.

If you continue using DramaTime Home or our services after a change takes effect, that continued use means that you accept the revised Policy.
